"We need new conspiracy theories, because all the old ones turned out to be true" - Internet meme by unknown author.
As my subscribers know, I don't engage much in conspiracy theories discussion in this blog, instead I try to present my interpretation of the events where I try to be objective in my assessments. However, last week I ran across one interesting video that presents a "conspiracy theory" opinion on the origins of the Russian SMO in Ukraine this year that I found hard to dismiss completely since it points to some facts that are difficult to explain otherwise.
Opinion was presented by Igor Kulkov, an independent movie maker in Russia and a public figure generally associated with the anti-establishment forces.
His basic construct is as follows. World's Globalists, while their existence is undeniable, are not united and consist of several factions. One of the factions are the people at the leadership of the US Democratic party and their allies overseas and around the world, in places like Australia and New Zealand. The other, smaller faction, are the people whom he carefully called "Men in Black" (his video was published on YouTube platform so he had to be evasive with his definitions) and he added that they are required by their customs to wear black hats. While both factions work toward common goals, e.g. world government, population reduction, ubiquitous digital control of the population, CBDCs and so on, their approach on implementation of these plans differ in some of the details. Specifically their view on how Russia should be leveraged in their NWO plans differs. The "Democratic" faction prefers at this point a united, but significantly weakened and guided Russia that could be pictured as a menace to Europe in order to keep Europe in a state where it can be easily controlled. The other faction, he postulates, let's call them MiB (like in the famous Hollywood movie), on the other hand prefers to see parts of Ukraine and Russia roughly corresponding to the Khazarian Khanate of 1000 years ago to be broken off and to become a new promise land for the representatives of the Ashkenazi Jews.
Kulkov says that invasion of Ukraine was planned by the "Democratic" faction. Let's remember Putin's meeting with Joe Biden in Geneva in June of 2021 and the certainty with which US State Department and the mainstream media in US begun talking of the impending Russian invasion of Ukraine after that meeting. I didn't believe it, as most of the other people who closely observe Russian politics, as Putin (unlike his image created in the Western MSM) is extremely careful and indecisive politician and such step appeared to be totally out of character for him. This Russian military campaign was predicted to be a "walk in a park" for the Russian military and most Western military and political analysts have expected Russia to be firmly planted in Kiev within two weeks of the campaign and on the border with NATO countries - Poland, Slovakia, Hungary and Romania that would have cemented a new iron curtain along the Eastern border of NATO breaking economic and social ties with Russia perhaps for decades to come.
According to influential media outlets like NYT, this invasion was for sure scheduled to happen in November of 2021, then December, January, middle of February but it wasn't coming to reality. Russian media had an opposing view. As a matter of fact, in main Russian propaganda outlets, like the nightly talk show hosted by Vladimir Soloviev just one week before the start of the invasion his "experts" were laughing how Russian troops yet another time didn't cross Ukrainian border.
But then came February 24th and we all woke up to the fact that invasion happened. Actually we got the news in the middle of the night and didn't sleep the rest of that night at all, being extremely shocked and concerned and trying to reach our relatives in Kiev to see if everyone was all right. Thank God everyone was OK then and they are OK to this day. A funny or perhaps better described as concerning episode also happened that night. Towards the wee hours of the morning Amazon Alexa suddenly begun to make strange noises resembling air siren. None of the commands to calm it down like "Alexa, stop!" didn't work so eventually I had to unplug the glorified kitchen timer from power... Didn't plug it back since, btw.
So what happened? How could one of the most careful and mildly spoken politicians of the world decide to commit such act? In my view of the situation some kind of agreement in this regard was reached during the meeting in Geneva between Putin and Biden in 2021. I'm not sure if they spoke of these things directly, but the potential for scenario of Russia moving troops into Ukraine was probably discussed as well as the “rules of engagement” were negotiated as neither side wanted to escalate this conflict out of hand. This scenario, btw, fitted perfectly with Globalists' plans to disrupt global economy by reducing the consumption of energy by hiking prices up through the roof. COVID measures clearly didn't achieve the goal of a mass economic disruption. So on one hand Putin probably had an assurance that he would be acting in a "global good" interest, that invasion would be swift and victorious as there will be a massive collaboration from the local authorities in Ukraine. His vanity was probably leveraged too when he was also perhaps enticed by the perspective of becoming one of the important actors in the coming new global arrangement. But on the other hand, he, as ever careful political fox, felt that this could be a trap, so he wasn't in a hurry to start the invasion.
So what tipped the balance, what made the old fox to commit such a blunder? According to Igor Kulkov's theory this was the other globalist faction, MiB, as we named them earlier. Putin has traditionally maintained a close relationship with Jewish segment of Russian society and with Israel. It is enough to look at the list of most prominent Russian (as in Russian speaking) oligarchs and the fact that Bibi Netanyahu as prime minister of Israel probably made more trips to Russia to meet with Putin than president of Belarus Lukashenko. According to Kulkov what made Putin to make up his mind about conducting a military campaign were assurances he received from MiB faction that there will be a significant degree of collaboration from the Ukrainian side to advancing Russian troops and that while not completely, but to a great extent this campaign will resemble the takeover of Crimea, where famously there was just one person (a Russian cossack, volunteer) that was shot during the takeover of the Ukrainian military objects such as ships, barracks, ammunition warehouses and airfields.
Having received confirmation and a "green light" from both factions of his globalist friends Putin decides to go for it and orders the troops to cross the border from multiple directions - from the North (Chernigov, Sumy, Kharkov), South (Crimea), West (Belarus) and East (DPR and LPR). I have to say that initially mayors of the big cities like Kharkov and Odessa have shown a lot of caution in their televised statements about the invasion, stayed away from blaming Russia for anything and focused on the action to maintain the law and order and infrastructure of their cities functioning. Interrogated Russian PoWs captured during the first days of the campaign told Ukrainian authorities that they were instructed to expect largely welcoming by the population of Ukraine. Putin initially called Ukrainian military to rise up against commanders and authorities that are giving them orders to fight as the only thing it will lead to will be unnecessary sacrifices. Another factor that speaks clearly of the expected lack of resistance by the Ukrainian army was the size of the Russian expeditionary force of about 150 thousand soldiers. Given the size of the rapidly captured territories (size of Benelux + Denmark) there wasn't enough soldiers to stay behind in occupied cities through which Russian units went initially like a knife through warm butter. So in about four days Russian forces started to stretch too thin. The first four or five days of the campaign were the days when most of the Ukrainian territories were captured and then gradually, not by military force, but by political acts, were handed back over a period of 9 months.
But, about four days into campaign something went "wrong". The Ukrainian nationalists came back after initial shock, they realized Russia is not going “full Monty” on them, neither government city block in Kiev, nor military general staff buildings are being attacked, so they took over and Ukraine strated mounting a fierce resistance campaign. Population was given firearms, in many cases without even asking for IDs. Kalashnikovs and ammo for them were simply doled out in any desired quantity. That actually proved later to be more problematic than beneficial, as many innocent Ukrainians were killed by other Ukrainians on pretense they were Russian spies or saboteurs. Person could be shot on the street for mispronouncing word “palianytsia” (loaf of bread) that is for some reason very difficult to say correctly for a Russian language speaker that never lived in Ukraine. This word became a key test for a person's Ukrainianness.
But, back to Putin. He quickly understood that he was stood up, and in his mind he was cheated not as much by the largest globalist faction associated with the US Democratic party, but by his confidants of sorts, the MiB, that pushed him over the edge by confirming that everything was arranged for a quick and easy military campaign, that took a totally opposite direction and now he was getting himself, Russian power clans and by definition the whole country of Russia into a real large scale war for which his country wasn't ready. So the first contacts to negotiate an end to hostilities came already the first week into the invasion. The emissaries were sent first to Belarus and then to Istanbul and even "Russian" oligarch Abramovich that left Russia a long time ago was brought in to help to arrange the negotiations process. We know now how this first attempt ended up in the second half of March - in a "Goodwill gesture" Russia committed to pull the troops from Kiev, Sumy, Chernigov regions and Ukrainian delegation refused to sign a negotiated peace agreement last minute before the press conference.
These were the events that were widely covered by all media outlets. But what were the outcomes for the Putin's trusted friends, MiB, for letting him down in such an unexpected way? There were few signs of a major discontent with such behavior. First of all "out of the blue" Putin mentioned Grand Prince of Kiev, Sviatoslav Igorevich (first Rus' born ruler of Russia) in his speech at a victory parade in Moscow on May 9, 2022. Prince Sviatoslav was known to be the slayer of Khazarians who's Khanate he destroyed in the X century. Then in June of 2022 authorities decided to ban Jewish Agency for Israel (JAFI) also known as Sohnut representation offices in Russia that existed there since late eighties. Notably representatives of Judaism in Russia (Judaism is considered to be one of four major religions in Russia including Orthodox Christianity, Islam, Buddhism and Judaism) were absent in Kremlin during notable events such as ceremony of incorporating into Russian Federation of four new subjects (DPR, LPR, Zaporozhye and Kherson regions) at the end of September. Just couple of weeks ago there was a lot of spin in Russian media how Israel is secretly supplying Ukraine with weapons and advanced components for weapons' manufacturing.
Is Igor Kulkov reading too much into minor details giving them unjustified major significance? Perhaps he does, but I found this to be an interesting theory as it is still very difficult to explain how one of the most careful politicians in the world, e.g. Mr. Putin, could commit such a major blunder as a full scale war with Ukraine that benefits from military and financial support of more than 50 states including all of NATO countries. The war that puts Russia itself on a brink of existence if it is going to lose this war.
What do you think, does Igor Kulkov provide a plausible explanation for the events of early 2022? Do MiB play any role in the Globalists' plans? Does this war follow internal Russian scenarios or was it imposed by external forces? Please share your opinion - I think this should be of interest not just to me, but to other readers.
..."I don't engage much in conspiracy theories discussion in this blog"...
You should do more of them, Stan, most of them usually turn out to be true. This one is interesting and plausible.
In order to have a perspective and understanding of the implications of the MiB's infiltration, take-over and control of the US power structure, I refer to the investigative journalism of Harry Vox. One has to wonder if or to what extent the 'Little Hats' control Putin's Russia.
